Applied Mindfulness in Daily Life - A Series of talks on Buddhism

Applying mindfulness in daily life has been proven to improve health and wellbeing, work productivity, relationships and mental health. This presentation will cover the unique aspects of Buddhist philosophy that underpin the practice of mindfulness in daily life. Leigh will discuss some of the techniques and strategies people from all walks of life can employ to integrate mindfulness into their daily life, and how these techniques can assist in all aspects of daily life.
Talk will be held concurrently with the Venerable Master Hsing Yun One Stroke Calligraphy Exhibition and Sogetsu Ikebana Exhibition which are organized by the NanTien Institute.
The entry is free for everyone and smart casual dress code. They wish for all those interested in this joyous activity to come and participate.
