ALL GOOD THINGS: The Voices Project
This February the highly anticipated sixth instalment of ATYP's incredibly popular Voices Project will explode across the stage at their home in Walsh Bay. Directed by Iain Sinclair (Of Mice & Men, All My Sons), ALL GOOD THINGS explores the theme of departures and offers us the chance to say goodbye ten different ways.
A young man waits for his missing friend as the dead, dry country creaks around him. A young woman in an exam hall is driven to desperation by the smell of Red Bull. A grandmother's culinary secrets are revealed and a chance encounter between two men on a stormy beach turns out to be something otherworldly.
Always surprising, tender, shocking and funny, the annual production of seven-minute monologues for 17-year-old actors has changed the landscape for young writers and performers in Australia. The films and on-line resources have received more than 1 million views worldwide.
