Slow food, served fast...meals are rubbed in a signature (and secret) spice mix and smoked over hickory chips at 85 degrees for up to 16 hours. This is what makes a Smoque barbeque different from grilling.
The meat is served quick with homemade sauce. The same love and attention goes into Smoque's vegetarian dishes, sides and mama's recipe home made pies. Great balance means great options. There's many low-calorie and gluten free options so no-one misses out.
